By accessing and using PickRivalry ("Service", "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PickRivalry. When you create an account you affirmatively acknowledge these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and we record the date and version of that acceptance.
2. Description of Service
PickRivalry is an NCAA Football pick'em platform that allows users to:
- Create and join private leagues
- Make weekly football picks against the spread or straight up
- Track standings and compete with friends
- Participate in confidence point leagues
- Access game statistics and rankings
IMPORTANT: PickRivalry is intended for entertainment purposes only. No real money wagering or gambling is permitted on this platform.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Participation in any league with a prize pool, dues, or other money at stake is limited to users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Be responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Not share your account credentials with others

4. Prohibited Activities

Prize Pools, Dues, and No Gambling
PickRivalry is a scorekeeping and league-management tool. We never collect, hold, process, or transfer money for leagues:
- Prize-pool and dues features are bookkeeping displays only — any actual exchange of money happens entirely outside the Service, between league members
- Betting lines, spreads, and totals shown in the app are informational display only, are never used in scoring, and are not an offer or facilitation of wagering
- Commissioners and members are solely responsible for ensuring any money arrangement in their league complies with the laws of their jurisdiction
- PickRivalry is not a gambling operator, sportsbook, or payment processor and takes no fee or share of any league pool
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of PickRivalry, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by PickRivalry and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant PickRivalry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
8. Disclaimers

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
